Con mia grande sorpresa oggi vengo a scoprire che, dopo la recente migrazione da CentOS 7 a CentOS 8, quest'ultimo avrà fine del supporto nel 2021 come da articolo ufficiale https://blog.centos.org/2020/12/future-is-centos-stream mentre CentOS 7 avrà fine nel 2024.
LA delusione di questa scoperta è grande ma soprattutto comporterà un ulteriore pesante e delicato lavoro di migrazione verso altro sistema operativo, dal momento in cui siamo migrati a CentOS 8.
Today with a big surprise I realized CentOS 8 will end his life at the end of 2021 as the official blog post say.
I fell very deluded by that and will need migrate again from CentOS 8 to another operative system. I migrated recently (with a big and stressful work) from CentOS 7 to 8 and I was wrong on trust this operative system as seems will not have a long life.
